Dental Coverage

Preferred Provider (PPO)
With PPO, you can choose to receive dental care from any dentist, irrespective of whether they are in the network of providers or not.
Dental HMO (Health Maintenance Organization)
HMO covers treatments provided by a dentist within the network of providers. With generally lower out-of-pocket rates HMO focuses on preventative care, with primary providers and a set number of visits.
Indemnity (Free-for-Service) Plan
Although slightly expensive, it covers dental care received from an out-of-network dentist. With an indemnity plan, you first need to pay the total cost out of pocket and are later reimbursed from your dental coverage.

Vision Coverage

We offer various group vision plans to suit your needs. While some plans cover the basic eye care expenses, such as annual eye exams, contact lenses, and eyeglass frames and lenses, other plans provide comprehensive coverage including, reimbursements for LASIK and other surgery.

Family Leave Coverage

According to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), employees are allowed to take 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave in 12 months. With our family leave coverage, you can cover your employees' healthcare needs even while they are on leave.
